We loved the central location in the heart of this city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions and beautiful shops in Milan. The hotel facilities were perfect, with a modern and spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. It was a bit confusing during checkout as there was some confusion about the city tax payment, despite having all expenses paid according to my receipt. The process could have been smoother.

I recently stayed at this place and really enjoyed my time here. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city with a tram running right through the big street. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room service was excellent. I also appreciated the bicycle hire offered here and the free breakfast provided.

The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to many restaurants and within walking distance of the historic center of Milan. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as an electric kettle and toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any inquiries. The breakfast offered a good selection, including warm items like scrambled eggs and bacon.

The wifi in the room was not the fastest, although it still worked adequately for basic internet usage.

I had a wonderful second stay at this centrally located hotel. Just a short walk away from iconic attractions like Duomo and Brera, it made exploring Milan convenient. The street the hotel is on also has great shops, so there's always something nearby. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with delicious food and even gluten-free options. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and overall, staying at Hotel Regina made my time in the city enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to others.
